We absolutely understand the frustration in the wait to unlock an average of £16,000 of unclaimed PPA income from your practice.
We want this money in your bank account as quickly as possible as much as you do.
1️⃣ If you are on the waiting list and have yet to receive any service from us: You should have received an email to let you know either your position on the waiting list or that we are awaiting further information from you.
2️⃣ If you have had the first part of your reconciliation completed: We are feeding your practice back into the process much like the merge lane on a dual carriageway. We will be sending further updates on your position in the coming weeks.
