Our Indirect Mission
We are building affordable housing for first time buyers. We have witnessed far to many people unable to enter the housing market because their rent payments severely limit their ability to save for a deposit.
Resident will pay a market rent, however, everything above cost will be held in trust.
These funds will be released to them when they require a deposit for their first home.
Single and double units will be available so that couples can grow their relationship before the commitment of a mortgage.
Our vision is to break the cycle and help individuals and couple take their first step on the property ladder.
A proportion of company profits will be set aside to fund this work.
