Following a presentation on effectively managing change I sought Daniel’s input. We were due to be radically changing our appointment system and were concerned about the impact this would have on the reception staff.

Daniel took me through the process step by step, giving handy tips and hints along the way from a similar experience he had had with his own staff. Consequently the meeting I had with the team was a huge success and the receptionists have been so much happier and willing to engage in the change now that they feel supported and included in the planning and execution of it.
