On Wednesday 30 September, Harmony CQC is running a live webinar in two parts, back to back, 10am–12pm:
- 10am–11am — CQC Update: 200+ Inspections: What We Know Now and What the CQC Won’t Tell You
- 11am–12pm — Their first Monthly Q&A Session, live
The first hour looks at what’s actually being found across 200+ inspections under the current framework — a live, evidence-based read on the landscape rather than general guidance. The second hour hands the floor to the people actually doing this work: real questions from real leaders, answered live.
The session is open to everyone, not just Harmony CQC’s Simple Path members — so if you lead a practice, a PCN, or hold responsibility for governance and quality on their behalf, you’re welcome to join. Simple Path members do get priority for their questions to be answered first in the Q&A, but the invitation extends well beyond that.
We know from our own community that the pressure General Practice leaders carry rarely comes from doing the wrong thing. It comes from not being entirely sure how to prove, on the day, that you’re doing the right thing. That’s the gap this session speaks to directly.
How to join: it’s run as a Teams webinar rather than through a community platform, so once you register it lands straight in your diary.
Everyone who registers will also be sent a short form to submit their question ahead of time — a good way to make sure the topic that’s actually keeping you up at night gets a proper answer.
