Free Supervision Training – Now Available for Primary Care Teams

Empowering Educators, Supporting Supervisors, and Strengthening Primary Care

In a time when recruitment, retention, and staff wellbeing are central to sustainable general practice, access to high-quality supervision training is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity. That’s why we’re excited to share a fully funded, practical opportunity that aligns beautifully with both Enhanced Primary Care’s workforce goals and Harmony CQC’s commitment to confident, compliant leadership.

Why This Matters Now

The Primary Care Directorate (Yorkshire and the Humber) is rolling out an ambitious and inclusive programme to ensure every learner in primary care—regardless of PCN or practice location—has:

✅ Access to a quality learning environment
✅ The right education for their role (including multiprofessional exposure)
✅ Proper supervision aligned to their clinical context
✅ Consistent pastoral support

These are not just values—they’re key levers for improvement recognised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under the Well-led and Effective domains. So, whether you’re thinking about inspection readiness, staff engagement, or long-term workforce resilience, this initiative deserves your attention.

What’s On Offer?
