As the NHS starts to implement the reasonable adjustments digital flag, NHS England is encouraging organisations to start conforming to requirements during this month.
The new digital flag action checklist allows organisations to check that processes are in place to identify, record, flag, share and update reasonable adjustment needs on their own systems and records. The Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag Information Standard mandate applies to NHS and independent providers, social care (as providers) as well as independent contractors such as GPs and dentists.
