NHS England would like to hear from practices, with or without nurses, about their staffing models and how practice teams work together. Findings will inform policy and provide an evidence base on how the general practice workforce creates value for their patients, communities and the NHS. Building on the Leading the Way findings, this is the final stage of a research project commissioned by NHS England to explore the role and value of general practice nursing and, more broadly, the challenges faced by the general practice workforce. The survey can be completed online or via a telephone appointment.
