General Practice Access Routes campaign
This week, all GP practices in England will receive a package of printed materials to help them to explain the access routes available to patients wishing to request care.
Following feedback that patients would benefit from clarity on how to access care, materials have been produced which explain the different access routes. The materials have been tested by practice staff and patients as part of a pilot. The toolkit and digital materials are also available on the Campaign Resource Centre.
