Wow just wow! 2 exhibitions, 3 Awards Ceremonies and £800,000 was found for practices! 2022 has gone in a flash, I am so proud of what we have created.
2022 has been the year of tech development. Working with our tech team, we have developed a system that supports our humans to “do only the things they can do”. For practices, this means that we can deliver your reconciliation faster than ever before. We remain very grateful for the patience the practices who are on the waiting list demonstrate.
Our continuous improvement methodology is firmly embedded in the culture of EPC. As we move through 2023 we will be working on maximising your claim and adding additional items to your reconciliation. We will run these new items alongside our annual review of practices we have already completed.
Sally has joined the team full-time and has opened her diary to talk prospective practices through our service. Please do share our service with your PCN / Locality colleagues. We are very happy to join your PM meetings.
It’s our target to be in a position to deliver 250 reconciliations per year by the end of the year.
It is a great privilege to be in a position to deliver an average of £16,000 for just 15 minutes of practice time.
