We’re pleased to announce that the April edition of the Compliance Reference Tool is now available inside the Harmony CQC Community.
Each month we update the tool to ensure practices are working from the most current version of the compliance matrix, with the latest audits added and mapped to help support strong governance and build confidence ahead of any CQC inspection.
The Compliance Reference Tool continues to be one of the most practical resources available to Inner Circle members, helping practices bring their audits, evidence, and governance activity together in one place.
What’s Included in the April Update
The April version includes several features designed to make managing your compliance and audit work easier.
Newly Added Audits
Each month new audits are added and mapped directly into the matrix. This ensures that practices always have access to the most relevant and up-to-date audit topics.
Hyperlinked Audit Titles
Audit titles in the tracker are now fully hyperlinked, meaning you can click straight through to the full audit inside your Inner Circle audit library. This removes the need to search for the correct audit and helps save valuable time.
Progress Tracker
The Progress Tracker remains at the heart of the tool. It allows you to clearly record:

Links to Completed Audits
A dedicated column allows you to add links to completed audits, such as files stored in SharePoint or your practice drive. This creates a simple and accessible evidence trail.

To ensure nothing is missed, the newest audits are listed at the bottom of the Progress Tracker, making it easy to see what has been added each month.
Updating From the Previous Version
If you’ve been using the March version of the Compliance Reference Tool, there’s no need to start again from scratch.
Updating is quick and simple.
Just copy and paste your Progress Tracker data from the previous version into the April file. This allows you to keep:
