Celebrating 700 Members In our Harmony CQC Community!

We recently passed a milestone that genuinely made us pause and smile: our free community has grown to 702 members and it’s continuing to grow faster than we ever expected.

What started as a small, focused space for people who care deeply about quality, safety, and meaningful improvement in general practice has become a thriving, supportive community of professionals who want to do things well, and do them together.

To everyone who has joined, contributed, shared feedback, or simply followed along quietly: thank you. This community exists because of the collective commitment to better care, better systems, and better outcomes for patients.

A thank you to our wider community

To mark this milestone, we wanted to give something back — not just to our paid members, but to the free community and those discovering us for the first time.

We’re opening up access to last week’s Weekly Audit:

Continuity of Care and Named GP Accountability Audit

Here is the download link to the audit: Download the Audit Here

Continuity of care remains one of the strongest predictors of positive patient outcomes, trust, and safety. At the same time, named GP accountability can feel challenging to evidence and maintain within the realities of modern practice. This audit was designed to help practices explore both areas in a practical, supportive, and achievable way.

A glimpse into the bigger picture

This audit is just one example of the work we do. It sits within a growing library of 94 structured audits, covering a wide range of topics across people, process, governance, and safety.

Each audit is designed to be:

  • Practical and relevant to real-world general practice

  • Clear, structured, and easy to implement

  • Focused on improvement rather than inspection

Together, they provide ongoing support for practices looking to build strong, safe systems — week by week, not just at inspection time.

Looking ahead

Reaching 702 members isn’t just a number, it’s a reminder that there’s a shared appetite for thoughtful, supportive approaches to quality improvement in healthcare.

We’re excited about what’s ahead, grateful for the community that continues to grow around this work, and committed to keeping everything we create grounded in what practices actually need.

If you’re new here, this audit is a great place to start.

Thank you for being part of the journey, wherever you’re joining from.
