There have been a number of changes in the delegation of commissioning, including the way members of the public make a complaint about primary care services to the commissioner from 1 July 2023. Rather than contacting NHS England they should now contact their local integrated care board (ICB). Members of the public can still make a complaint to the provider. Please ensure any patient facing comms to members of the public about how to make a complaint is updated to reflect this change.
