Absolutely, in fact, if we complete our full reconciliation and find nothing we will buy you a great big box of biscuits and try and understand the magic you are working.
Seriously! This has happened once before, we found nothing to claim but learnt the benefit of a relatively small practice with a very stable PM, GP and Nursing Team.

We review our commission annually, details of our most recent review our below. Commission rates for current services are set at the point of practice sign-up. New services may require a variation of commission rates, this will always be agreed with practices before the commencement of the new service.

(10) Payments are only payable if claimed before the end of the period of six years beginning
with the date on which they could first have fallen due (albeit that the due date has changed
pursuant to paragraph (5)).
The NHS BSA has confirmed to us directly that claims can be back-dated to the 6-year point outlined in the SFE. If exceptional circumstances can also be proven, claims beyond 6 years can be escalated to senior management.
The NHS England Standard Operation Procedure requires ICB prior authorisation for manually submitted backdated claims such as our influenza vaccination drug reconciliation. If ICBs are unsure of the authorised signatory is they can contact the NHS BSA using the details here:

Genuinely there is no catch. Daniel , our CEO, was a Practice manager for 12 years. He knew that the offer we created needed to be an “easy yes”. Primary Care is far too busy for complicated.
To make it an “easy yes” he felt:
- The commencement of the service needed to take less than 15 minutes of Practice Manager time
- The risk of not finding anything needed to sit with Enhanced Primary Care
- The percentage commission paid needed to strike a balance between the company and the practice sustainability
Considering these points our PPA reconciliation offer was born.
- Commission only “We find nothing you pay nothing” invoicing.
- Backed by our commission guarantee. If any element of your claim is rejected, we will support you to appeal and if unsuccessful refund the related commission.
- We also designed, and continuously improve, our simple sign-up and onboarding process to keep our 15-minute promise where ever possible.
