NHS England has published a letter to outline the national approach to 2023/24 winter planning and the key steps colleagues across all parts of the system must take to meet the challenges ahead. For primary care services we will be continuing to implement actions from the Delivery Plan for Recovering Access to Primary Care, but please read the winter planning letter for more information including how the system will support primary care and additional steps we can take to deliver the care patients need.
